Advanced Welder
The Advanced Welder Program focuses on advanced pipe welding positions and MIG transfer processes. The program is designed for a welding student finishing the Comprehensive Welder Certificate or a welder currently working in the industry and is seeking additional skills to advance their career. Students will be well prepared for employment in the manufacturing and construction industries. The Advanced Welder Certificate can be completed in 16 weeks when taking a one, three-hour class every eight weeks. There is an option of a morning, afternoon, and evening track to give students greater flexibility for a better balance between work, family, and training. If you have the ability to take both classes in a day, the certificate can be completed in 8 weeks.
